Flemming serves as the CTO and Founder of 3D Glass Solutions and brings more than 20 years of expertise in the applied technology and high-tech manufacturing industry.  He holds more than 200 granted or pending patents on a variety of technologies.  

He is also a recipient of an R&D 100 award (the “Oscars of Innovation”), which highlighted his invention of painless diagnostic hardware.  He has a diverse background in the advanced manufacturing of microelectronic packaging, RF devices and systems, neutron generators, and chem/bio-sensors.
